General Leasing Information for Prospective Residents

Posterity Heights will begin accepting applications beginning May 1, 2018 and the anticipate move-in date is September 2018.

Program Criteria

Housing will be provided and Scholars who qualify will be asked to apply for the Section 8 subsidy through the FWHA to keep costs low. The basic criteria for an applicant to enter the program and become a Scholar are the following:

• Must be a full-time student
• Section 8 Housing Eligible
• Maintain a 2.0 GPA
• Be enrolled in high school or have a high school diploma/GED
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Be a single parent with primary custody of child/children

Scholars who complete the program will be expected to move into Phase III of program or other housing within 1 year or sooner after they have achieved a Certified program, 2 or 4 year degree.

Posterity Heights Monthly Interest Sessions

Posterity Heights in Southeast Fort Wayne, Indiana, will open its doors in Fall 2018 and will host monthly interest sessions every 4th Thursday at 5:30pm at the Ivy Tech South Public Safety Academy (7602 Patriot Crossing). Register now!
