Posterity Heights has enlisted the services of Energy Systems Network (ESN) to bring the concept of energy smart and solar powered affordable development to Scholar House.  

The development will provide a wide range of shared amenities across the multi-phase development. The development will feature a high-tech 1MW solar array and battery storage.  This state of the art technology will provide residents with ability to control and monitor their energy use while developing an appreciation for importance of seeking renewable energy sources, energy security and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Posterity Heights will also provide a shared transportation infrastructure featuring an electrical vehicle suite. Posterity residents will have access to 8 electric vehicles that can be reserved online via the tenant smart phone application.  This added amenity offers access to transportation without the costs of owning and maintaining a personal vehicle.
